Exfoliating Therapies

Exfoliation therapies stimulate circulation, increase nerve activity, promote a sense of well-being and feelings of vitality.   Exfoliation cleanses and removes dead skin cells, making skin smoother, softer and more radiant.  DO NOT shave prior to these treatments.  NOT RECOMMENDED if you have sensitive skin or any skin lesions.

Organic Sugar Scrub – Organic cane sugar offers a gentle, yet effective exfoliation that stimulates cell renewal and leaves skin soft and supple.

Sea Salt Scrub – Organic sea salt and safflower oil infused with essential oils create a beautiful exfoliant that removes scaly skin, stimulates circulation, cleanses the pores and leaves the skin well nourished and smooth.  Salt has anti-inflammatory properties, re-mineralizes and alkalizes the skin.  Lavender helps to restore balance, enhance relaxation, refresh, energize and promote healing.  DO NOT shave legs prior to this treatment.

Ultra Body Buff – OPC polishing gel, rich in anti-oxidants, creates the ultimate exfoliation and helps to repair sun-damage and skin dehydration, leaving the skin smooth and nourished.

Steam Therapies

Our Steam Therapies incorporate a unique canopy system based on Turkish Bath Rituals.  While lying on a massage table, the steam canopy is positioned over your body so that the full body is steamed while the head rests comfortably outside of the canopy.  This method of steam treatment provides a very private and relaxing experience.

Eucalyptus Steam – This treatment is relaxing, immune-building and great for relieving symptoms of allergies and colds because of its ability to reduce sinus and lung congestion.  Treatment also includes a sinus and lung congestion.  Treatment also includes a sinus pressure-point face massage.
