Spa Guidelines
Appointments – Spa services are available by appointment. A credit card is required to secure your reservation. Please schedule your appointments in advance. Walk-ins are welcomed. Late arrival will shorten your appointment time.
Check In – New Clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service to fill out necessary paperwork.
Payments – We accept all major credit cards, cash, checks and traveler’s checks. (Spa Finder gift certificates are honored for services only). Prices do not include gratuity.
Cancellations & No-Shows – To avoid charges, please honor our 24 hour advance notice cancellation policy for single treatments and 48 hours for multiple services. Group reservations require 72 hours. No cancellation notice will result in a charge of the full amount of service.
Same day cancellations will be billed at 50% of the charge of service.
Special Needs & Medical Conditions – Prior to receiving your service, please inform us about any special or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies or disabilities.
Children – Clients must be 18 years of age, otherwise a parent or guardian’s approval is required. Children under the age of 8 are not permitted in the Spa facility.
Personal Belongings – Elements Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Confidentiality – We are committed to your privacy. We keep all personal and medical information confidential.
Gratuity – Prices do not include gratuity unless it is a private group party. Gratuities may be given at your discretion. Envelopes are available at the front desk.
